I created Let’s Talk People with the aim of providing tailored HR solutions for businesses when they need them.

With more than 10 years experience working in HR, I know that complicated employee situations can arise that are hard for businesses to solve internally. I also know how challenging it can be to understand and keep up to date with the latest employee entitlements as set by Fair Work Australia. Therefore, I can provide tailored advice and individualised support to businesses to resolve their HR challenges.

I provide generalist HR support to ALL businesses, however also specialise in tailored HR support for small to medium businesses and sole traders who don’t have a HR team internally to ensure they are in line with minimum industry standards.
